IMPORTANT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Wood wicks that get too long will produce a larger and hotter flame. To prevent this keep the wood wick to 1/8th of an inch at all times. The best time to trim the wick is straight after extinguishing the flame and whilst the wax pool on top is still quite liquid. To do this take a nail clipper and clip off the charred area of the wick. Then relight to ensure the flame is not too high and extinguish when flame height is to your liking. Keep trimming small amounts until the flame height is to your preference. If you accidently remove too much wick and can't relight the flame, just pour a small amount of melted wax out of the jar and light the candle as normal. 

Never leave a candle unattended and always supervise when using near pets and children.
